Powershovel Ltd. is a Japanese company, founded in 2000 and is based in Tokyo. They design and sell Lomography kind of film-based photography products. They use the brand SuperHeadz for their cameras. The company also distributes Holga cameras and the revived Agfa 35mm film. 

This is a so-called
Focus Free or Toy Camera, a Superheadz Olive San, a Vivitar Ultrawide and Slim clone. It exists in different colours. It's a basic plastic camera with no features.

These are the ultimate basics of a camera, focus free, single shutter speed and fixed aperture. Point and shoot only. If you choose the right film, ISO 400 in general and ISO 200 on very sunny days, you can shoot outside photos that look OK. The rest will be "Lomo" style. It's one of the smallest and lightest 35mm cameras.
