This is a so-called Focus Free or Toy Camera, a simple plastic camera.
This one is made for kids and has some extra features. When you push the
nose button of the clown picture on the front, it plays 12
popular tunes, changing with each push of the button and the
LEDs flash. The basic camera body seems to be the same as the Coca Cola
cameras'. It seems to be rare, there are few traces on the web.

What's in the box? Camera, strap, instructions, film (outdated) and
batteries (very outdated).

Camera front open.
Top: The camera powers up when the lid is up. Viewer and flash, flash
switch. Lens, across the front 5 LEDs that blink when the music is
playing, to the right, a speaker. The nose button of the clown face plays
the music when pushed. There are 12 popular tunes, changing with each push
of the button.
Camera back. Viewer, flash ready lamp, film advance and a tiny film
presence window.
Camera top. Film rewind, film counter, shutter release and lock for
shutter release.
Camera bottom. Rewind release (engages when pressed) and battery
compartment. Takes 2 AA batteries.
Film compartment. No curved film plane, so there will be more vignetting
of the simple plastic lens.
This
is a basic of camera, focus free, single shutter speed, fixed aperture. If
you choose the right film, ISO 400 in general and ISO 200/100 on sunny
days, you can shoot outside photos that look OK. The rest will be "Lomo"
style,
but you can use flash for interior photos. It seems to be solid enough for kids
use. A fun camera indeed.
