This is a so-called Focus Free or Toy Camera, a Mango Quickshot Q002. This one is branded Ikea Family. It's a quite common model which exists in different colours. Its rounded forms imitate the shape if the Olympus Mju models, but it's a basic plastic camera with no features. There were other brandings like Rama.

These are the ultimate basics of a camera, focus free, single shutter speed and fixed aperture. Point and shoot only. If you choose the right film, ISO 400 in general and ISO 200 on very sunny days, you can shoot outside photos that look OK. The rest will be "Lomo" style.
